ISSN: 1092-678X .A cooperative research study was conducted with the International Nature Farming Research Center (INFRC), Atami, Japan to evaluate the use of a microbial inoculant, Effective Microorganisms or EM, to suppress malodors of poultry manure. Feeding trials consisted of adding EM either to drinking water and feed, or to both water and feed, and comparing the results with non-EM controls
