Manufacturing Agreement
SCD will move to a manufacturing agreement with a Distributor after a
one to three year period depending on some of the following factors:
size and growth of the EM market within the territory, SCD’s
relationship with the Distributor, the demonstrated commitment by the
Distributor to the growth of EM, and the Distributors’ business and
technical readiness.
In this phase, the International Partner will establish a production
facility within their territory. SCD will support this transition by
sending EM Seeds and a technician from its manufacturing partner,
BioSyntropy Solutions to begin producing EM at the partner’s facility.
This is a phased approach, which provides the partner with time to
build their factory and technical capabilities. This will also
eliminate shipping costs. The International Partner will be required to
maintain a high quality production process and meet exacting standards.
