Partners & Distributors
SCD's mission is to the premier global developer of probiotic EM
technology and strategically partner to commercialize products &
services, improving health and the environment. A key component of
SCD's business model is the creation of strong partnerships with other
companies interested in selling and using EM- based products.
SCD's Partner Program consists of three phases: 1) Distributor status 2) Manufacturing 3) Licensing.
Distribution Agreement
SCD starts a relationship with Partners through a
distribution agreement for import and distribution of SCD EM™ products.
This stage provides a foundation for SCD and the partner to begin to
work together, build the market in the designated territory, and
develop trust between one another. Exclusive rights to a country or
territory will be granted if the Distributor commits to agreed upon
annual minimum purchases from SCD.
Distributors are granted exclusive rights to SCD EM™ products with the
expectation that they will conduct their business in a professional
manner which will reflect positively upon their own organization and
SCD. Specifically, Distributors are expected to provide adequate
staffing and programs to drive demand of products through effective
marketing, sales and customer service activities. Also, Distributors
are expected to maintain adequate and balanced inventories and to
handle all inquiries, orders, customers services requests and other
activities in a prompt, profitable and businesslike fashion.
SCD wants to develop partnerships built on superior customer service,
trust and flexibility. We are committed to working closely with our
distributors to understand their needs and business landscape. A
distribution agreement will be established that includes critical terms
and conditions to create a successful partnership, including pricing,
technical support, products, and volume commitments.

SCD products available for international distribution include: SCD
Efficient Microbes (EM)™ Original, SCD EM Food Grade™, SCD EM Plus™,
SCD EM Bio Ag™, SCD Bio Klean™, SCD Odor Away™, SCD Bio Livestock™, SCD
ProBiotica™, Xtra (EM)™ Antioxidant Supplement, Fervita™ Probiotic
beverage, the Happy Farmer™ Kitchen Composting System, Happy Farmer™
Bokashi, Blooming Lotus Probiotic Soaps, ProHerb Skincare, as well as
EM-X Antioxidant supplement, Ceramics, and sea salt.
Qualifications for International Distributor
SCD seeks partners that are established EM producers or distributors
with existing markets. Organizations that are not currently selling EM
but who have adequate business infrastructure, technical capability and
financial wherewithal will also be considered. The potential partner
will be expected to share their EM business plan for the designated
territory with SCD during the qualification process. Also, a visit with
SCD for one to three days in Kansas City, MO USA will be expected as
part of the orientation and qualification process.
