To accomplish our vision of being a food grade production facility, our Quality Control department developed and documented our manufacturing processes and protocols. Once complete, B2S had a 3rd party audit of the facility and the documentation performed by NSF International: a non-profit organization providing audits for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for Dietary Supplement Manufacturing companies. Accordingly, B2S has been assessed by NSF International and found to be in compliance with: GMP Requirements in NSF/ANSI Standard 173, Section 8 Dietary Supplements. You can see B2S's listing at NSF.org.

SCD EM Food Grade™ is one of the core products or "Mother Cultures" that is manufactured in our food-grade facility. SCD EM Food Grade™  goes through a proprietary process of fermentation. Each batch involves a compilation of records including sanitation check sheets, equipment preparation check sheets, formulas, and mixing check sheets. During the fermentation, various quality assurance and quality control measures are initiated in order to guarantee top-quality product. In-house laboratory testing such as pH, brix, ORP and temperature are routinely performed and monitored. The laboratory testing and quality assuring measures performed throughout the fermentation process are based on industry leading practices.
